OUR
HISTORY

We have known each other since universityunited by the same desire to combine technological skills with the simplicity and concreteness of the earth. Life then led everyone on different paths and places in Italy, but the friendship remained intact.

In 2013 those of us who had maintained our roots in Piedmont and in particular inCanavese, identified a project that could give substance to our lifelong dream. In Bairo, not far from Agliè, there were rows of abandoned vines and a farmhouse in need of renovation. It was the opportunity we were waiting for.We have renovated the farmhouse and recovered the vineyards. We found ourselves together studying and learning as if from the same grape,Erbaluce, typical of the Canavese area, three different wines could be made: still, sparkling and passito. Above all with what processes to make it possible, by unitingtechnological innovation and respect for tradition and peasant culture. The adventure involved other friends and over the years Fabrizio and Francesco, not exactly from '66, joined us: a different age but the same passion and the dream continues and grows with new stimuli.
