Canavese D.O.C. Barbera "Barrique"

  • Grape variety: 100% Barbera, in a pergola system.

  • Harvest:First ten days of October after systematic checking of the ripening of the grapes.

  • Winemaking:The harvested grapes are subjected to destemming, pressing followed by approximately 10 days of remaining on the skins. After racking, aging in steel and subsequently in second passage barriques for approximately 8/10 months.

  • Tasting notes:at theview with a beautiful intense ruby red color, clear and shiny.
    Theperfume expresses fragrances of red fruit, cherry, and delicate notes of tobacco and vanilla.
    Thetaste it is warm, enveloping, with soft tannins and
    of good freshness, and with good persistence.

  • Suggestions and pairings:recommended serving temperature 14-16 °C.
    Ideal companion for roasts and grilled meats
