THE CELLAR
We want our cellar not only to be the place where wine is born, but also to bea place to meet and share. It is in our spirit, the reason why this project began.
Francesco, the youngest of us, was born in the Canavese area (like Ezio and Fabrizio) and knows these lands well and is our winemaker. He is the person who takes care of the growth of the winery every day. Thanks to his contribution of energy and innovative capacity he is orienting the present of 366 towards a future where thesustainability is at the center of the entire production process. Also for this reason, since 2020, since its establishment, we have joined the association of "Young Canavese Winemakers". A place where the winemakers of tomorrow network and consolidate the bond between themselves and with the territory.The goal is to plan together, study shared paths, look to the future in terms of community. On all our bottles the label reads: "Choices of Vine". We did this to remind everyone, including ourselves, that there is an inseparable relationship between our daily lives and the land that allows the vine plant to give us the grapes to make wine. We owe respect and gratitude to the earth.
