Our wines are born from careful research with the aim ofsafeguard the ecosystem in which the vineyard is immersed up to the processes in the cellar where all the organoleptic characteristics given by our land are enhanced.

Erbaluce di Caluso DOCG

“…from impossible love was born Albaluce, a stupendous and sad nymph, goddess of perfection, whose sweet tears shed for men gave the earth a golden fruit:  Erbaluce".

Greenish reflections, brilliant color. On the nose it offers fresh, citrus notes, with fruity nuances. In the mouth it is pleasantly fresh, with good acidity, smooth on the palate.

Canavese DOC barbera

Our red wine is made from Piedmontese Barbera grapes, with deep colors and hints of red fruit, sweet on the palate and silky.

Erbaluce di Caluso DOCG Sparkling wine

Also from the Erbaluce vine, harvested a few weeks before the still white, with a classic method processing and at least 24 months of second fermentation on the yeasts, here is the Erbaluce Brut.

Canavese DOC barbera "Barrique"

It is born with the same grapes and processing as the Canavese Barbera DOC and a passage in Barrique for approximately 8-10 months which gives a vanilla scent to the nose and a marked increase in tannicity and body in the mouth.
